How can I reserve a ride?
Getting a ride from EpicRide services is a cake walk. Since you’re already on our website, you can use one of many ways to get your ride right away or make a reservation for a future date. Press one of the following buttons to get a ride.

Can I get a group discount?

The short answer is YES!

If you have more than 7 passengers who need to be picked up or dropped off at the same time, then may offer you a discount depending on the travel distance and estimated total bill.

Is there a minimum charge requirement?

Yes,

The minimum amount we will charge for any ride is $20.00 regardless of the distance.

What is your top discount?

The best discount we have is offered to frequent flyers. If you’re or have employees who fly frequently, we would looooove to have you as a client and to encourage you to choose us we offer a 25% discount on your total bill for the first 3 months of your travel.

Plus, we also offer 1 free ride for your personal trip……you know, when you go on vaction kinda thing 🙂

 

Payment
How much do you charge per mile?

It all depends on what type of ride you request.

Tax cabs for instance use automated maters, which calculate per the number of miles travelled and amount of time spend on the trip.

Luxury black Sedan or SUV limos on the other hand don’t have built-in meters. The cost of each trip is calculated taking the base amount and adding a $3.15 per mile charge.

Stretch limos services are priced depending on the number of hours and time of the year – e.g, summer is the busiest and most expensive time for this services.

 

What Payment Method do you accept?

Cash, all major credit cards, PayPal, ApplePay, Samsung Pay and corporate (business client) direct billing are accepted.

Cancellation

If I change my mind, can I cancel the booking?

Sure,

We hate cancellations, but we also understand that things happen and plans change. So yeah you can cancell your ride booking, but you must give us a heads up…..the sooner the better, so we can use our fleet in a more efficient way.

Think of it this way:

you don’t like to be charged for a ride you didn’t get right? cause no one does 🙂

We also don’t like to come all the way to your pick up place, only to be told that you don’t need the ride anymore. I mean think of all the gas, time…..that we spend to get there!
